Levitation brings us back to the heart of tea—just leaves and hot water. No frills, no distractions. It’s a reminder that all the ideas we have about tea—its quality, history, and value—are human constructs. In nature, tea is simply tea. Grown in Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan, Levitation comes from farmer Mr. Su Shui Ding, whose work is rooted in care and integrity.
Unlike most Assamica teas in this region, which are oxidized for sweetness, this one is kept closer to its natural state—bold, slightly bitter, and grounding. A tea you can return to again and again, steady and familiar. Simple, honest, and true—just like Tea itself.
