Unopened and Unused Products

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Before sending back any products, kindly contact us to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.

Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
